Jason wants to understand your situation before suggesting anything. Your age, your home, your goals, your concerns. Twenty minutes of listening.

You get plain numbers, not a sales sheet.

Real estimates of what a reverse mortgage might look like in your specific situation. If the numbers don't make sense for you, we'll say that.

Your questions get full answers.

Including the hard ones — what about my heirs, what if I outlive the equity, what if I want out later. Honest answers, not deflection.

You decide what happens next.

If a reverse mortgage fits, we map next steps. If it doesn't, we say so — and may point you to a better solution somewhere else. No follow-up sales call sequence.
